Cougar Vibration patented the world’s first 12-volt truck vibrator in 1964. Since that time, vibrators have been our only focus and have made the Cougar name synonymous with exceptional products, workmanship and service support. All products are designed and manufactured in Peru, Illinois. Our heavy-duty vibrator lines reflect our ongoing commitment to provide our customers with the most rugged, reliable vibrators on the market today.
In 2001 Cougar Vibration acquired the Branford Vibrator Company formerly of New Britain, CT. Cougar Vibration now manufactures the complete Branford line in Illinois. In 2005 Cougar acquired Northern Vibrator Manufacturing Ltd. of Georgetown, Ontario, Canada. Cougar now manufactures the Northern product line, including the Gyro-Whip and Power Lance, in Illinois.
Cougar Vibration is a proven leader in the vibratory equipment industry, manufacturing electric, hydraulic, truck-mounted 12 volt, ball, piston and turbine air vibrators; vibratory and compaction tables and feeders; sprayers and blow guns.
